Warsaw Community Schools Calendar 2026-2027

Warsaw Community Schools keeps most students in one of eight elementary schools through sixth grade. Edgewood and Lakeview Middle School divide grades seven and eight, followed by one shared destination at Warsaw Community High School. On the mainstream route, the middle-school transition comes late: K–6, then 7–8, then 9–12.

Warsaw’s Dual Language Immersion pathway follows its own cross-campus sequence. Students begin Spanish-English immersion at Eisenhower or Leesburg Elementary. The program moved into Lakeview Middle School for grades seven and eight, where students continue Spanish language and culture coursework and can begin earning dual credit.

The high-school phase is expanding one cohort at a time. Warsaw introduced ninth-grade DLI coursework in 2025–26, including AP Spanish and the final Culture, History and Media sections. The first cohort advances to tenth grade in 2026–27, with later grades scheduled to appear as those students progress.

The district is building a pathway intended to extend through grade twelve. In 2026–27, the established route reaches tenth grade; the remaining upper-high-school sequence will arrive with the advancing cohorts.
