Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township
Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township organizes the opening school years through an early-learning system. Four early-learning centers serve preschool and kindergarten students, while selected elementary campuses also host kindergarten or dual-language early-childhood classes. The exact opening campus depends on age, program, language option, and available placement.
The regular elementary span generally begins in first grade and continues through sixth. After sixth grade, the district divides into two stable secondary communities. Belzer Middle School feeds Lawrence Central High School, and Fall Creek Valley Middle School feeds Lawrence North. Those pairings give families a clear seventh-through-twelfth-grade line once the early-learning and elementary stages are complete.
McKenzie Center for Innovation and Technology draws students from both high-school communities for career and technical coursework. Participants spend part of the day in specialized programs while remaining enrolled at Lawrence Central or Lawrence North.
