Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation Calendar 2029-2030

Most Bartholomew Consolidated students follow one of two community high-school routes. Neighborhood elementary schools generally serve kindergarten through sixth grade, Central or Northside Middle School carries grades seven and eight, and the attendance map then leads to Columbus East or Columbus North High School. Those two comprehensive high-school communities form the district’s geographic backbone.

Columbus Signature Academies creates a districtwide project-based pathway across several campuses. CSA Fodrea serves PreK–6 and CSA Lincoln serves K–6. At the middle level, CSA Central operates through dedicated teams inside Central Middle School. CSA New Tech continues the model into high school with project-based coursework and a separate program identity.

Families apply for the signature pathway, and transportation is provided for selected participants under the district’s published rules. A student can remain within the CSA instructional model from the early grades through graduation even though the physical building changes at each stage. The pathway operates as a K–12 program network spread across several schools.

C4 Columbus Area Career Connection offers eleven career pathways to high-school students from BCSC and partner districts, with classes held at Columbus East, Columbus North, and McDowell Education Center. Columbus Virtual Pathway serves grades seven through twelve online and keeps students eligible for activities at the BCSC school where they are enrolled. These options add career and remote study alongside the two attendance-area high schools and the CSA pathway.
