Maconaquah School Corporation Calendar 2026-2027

Maconaquah School Corporation divides its PreK–12 route into four purpose-built stages. Pipe Creek Elementary serves preschool through first grade, Maconaquah Elementary carries grades two through five, Maconaquah Middle receives grades six through eight, and Maconaquah High covers grades nine through twelve. The system serves six Miami County townships shaped by both agricultural communities and the nearby Grissom Air Reserve Base.

Technology has been part of the district’s operating model for more than a decade. Maconaquah began its one-to-one initiative in 2012 and became an early Indiana user of eLearning days. Both elementary schools schedule daily collaborative, hands-on learning, while eighth graders can begin earning high-school credit in subjects such as personal finance, health, computer science, and biology.

Maconaquah High currently promotes fourteen career pathways, dual-credit courses, and industry certifications. Students enter the high school with a shared K–8 preparation, then choose among technical, academic, and credential-based plans. The combination of an early primary split, longstanding digital infrastructure, and a broad pathway menu gives each stage a distinct role.
