Baugo Community Schools Calendar 2026-2027

Baugo Community Schools uses four Jimtown campuses in a staged sequence. Jimtown Elementary serves kindergarten through second grade, Jimtown Intermediate carries grades three through six, Jimtown Junior High receives grades seven and eight, and Jimtown High covers grades nine through twelve. Jimtown Intermediate’s four-year span makes third grade an early districtwide transition; the school was recognized as a 2023 National Blue Ribbon School.

Jimtown High organizes academics through departments, dual-credit and Advanced Placement courses, graduation pathways, and an Early College program. Every student also has a Bridge Class that supports planning and progress. Career and technical courses, apprenticeships, job shadows, and regional opportunities allow the upper-grade schedule to extend beyond a conventional classroom day.

Baugo’s 2026–27 open-enrollment policy adds a capacity-controlled entry for nonresident students. Kindergarten and grades three through eleven were listed for transfer consideration, with a cap of 145 students in grades three through eleven and sibling provisions for grades one and two. Approved transfers join the same four-campus Jimtown sequence as resident students.
